Develop an employer brand and careers website that is engaging, compelling and true.
What we did
We carried out a series of focus groups and workshops at all levels to get to the heart of the Twining’s employer proposition. After crunching the data, cogitating and debating, we came to the conclusion that Twinings is all about the spirit of invention. They're constantly inventing new flavours and sensations to excite their customers. All that excitement, creativity and boldness was poured into an employer brand that truly represents who they are.
Result
The employer proposition was repositioned ensuring increased attraction of the right type of candidate for the unique Twinings business. The success of the proposition continues to be sustainable for today and the future.
