Think sugar and the name Silver Spoon is likely to spring to mind. Something of a British institution, their growth has been down to innovation, brilliant team work and a real passion for all things sweet. They wanted to tell this story internally to their existing people and externally to potential candidates.
What we did
A recruitment website that tells the Silver Spoon story through history, passion and opportunity. To achieve a real sense of authenticity we produced videos capturing existing employees and their experiences of working at Silver Spoon. From this the ‘Spoonies’ were born, characters representing the people who work at Silver Spoon.
The ‘Spoonies’ have really taken off and been adopted by current employees. The story is now continued in real-time through the Spoonies Twitter feed which is updating content on the recruitment website and Spoonie World exists as a digital picture board in reception showcasing their innovation and passion and telling their story for all visitors to see.
