Solution
We carried out a series of focus groups and workshops at all levels to get to the heart of Twining's employer proposition. After crunching the data, cogitating and debating, we came to the conclusion that Twinings is all about a spirit of invention. They're constantly inventing new flavours and sensations to excite their customers. All that excitement, creativity and boldness was poured into an employer brand that truly represents who they are.
Result
Bit early to tell really, we only launched it in November 2009, but it's looking good!
