




To get a bunch of car salesmen across the country engaged with a sales promotion in a recession.
Jardine Motors Group wanted to boost their sales over a critical period.
They briefed us to come up with a campaign that would engage sales people. Over a 10 day period, we introduced Barry Banana, a deluded superstar salesman. Barry fired up the Jardine team with a stream of inept sales training videos. Scores were recorded on a website and the winner got a holiday in Barbados.
A massive 50% increase in profits and the winner of the 2009 RAD Award for Employee Engagement.
