Following a period of non-production, Honda are now back doing what they do best – manufacturing around 250,000 new cars every year. They asked us to create a powerful attraction campaign to recruit a number of Procurement specialists to their manufacturing operation in Swindon.
Solution
The core message at the heart of the campaign was that at Honda everybody plays an equal part in creating fantastic cars. The campaign featured a press advert that directed applicants to a bespoke microsite where they could find out more and apply.
Result
The website received over 1,232 unique visitors during the campaign. Honda received over 380 applications at a cost of just £46 per application with digital media sources accounting for 88% of all applications received.
