An Employer Brand that truly represents the community has to come from the community.

So we invented a website where you can use drawing tools to create your own vision of why Brighton & Hove's so great. The winning entries are now used in all of Brighton & Hove City Council's recruitment advertising literature. A true reflection of diversity.

Result

Hugely popular campaign that also picked up several national awards.
